The FSL120 Series from FUYU is an industrial robot on a linear axis specifically used for grinding, gluing, heavy arc welding and assembling of powertrains. Its compact design constructed out of durable materials increases it performance and reliability. It has a maximum payload capacity of up to 100 kg, and its armload capacity of up to 50 kg as well as a maximum reach of 2 m. Positioning repeatability is at 0.05mm. It performs point to point and continuous path motions. The servo motor-driven ball screw design allows closed loop operation. Its structure is made with special ruggedized aluminum which prevents vibration and flexing while maintaining its functionality and providing a high precision multi-axis robot that is suitable for conveyor fed applications and is also suitable for projects that require the moving axes to be positioned above the workstation. It is suitable for form-in-place gaskets, coating, potting, filling and adhesives.
